Draper BS228/300D Bandsaw 240v
The Draper BS228/300D Bandsaw is a bench-mounted bandsaw engineered for precision cutting of wood, wood-derived materials and plastics. Built to a high specification, this 300W bandsaw combines professional-grade features with a compact footprint, making it ideal for trade workshops where space is at a premium. The 228mm throat capacity and 90mm cutting depth provide versatility for a range of cutting applications. Adjustable blade tensioning and tracking ensure accurate cuts, whilst the 300 x 300mm table tilts through a 0-45° range to accommodate angled cutting, bevel work and complex joinery tasks. The mitre guide is graduated to 30 degrees for both left and right-hand angles, supporting precise crosscut operations. Safety and convenience are built into the design. A no-volt release switch prevents uncontrolled blade restart following power interruptions, whilst the 53mm dust extraction outlet enables connection to workshop extraction systems. The bandsaw comes complete with a 10tpi blade, parallel rip fence, push stick and necessary adjustment tools, providing everything needed for immediate operation.
