Draper 95204 Petrol Inverter Generator 2800W
The Draper 95204 is a 2800W petrol inverter generator designed for powering tools and equipment on construction sites, in commercial environments, and for equipment hire applications. Built around a robust 196cc four-stroke OHV petrol engine producing 6.5HP, this open frame generator delivers reliable portable power with pure sine wave inverter technology. The inverter technology provides clean, stable power suitable for sensitive electronic equipment including laptops, televisions, microwave ovens and induction hobs, making it more versatile than conventional generators. The unit features a heavy-duty steel tubular frame that protects the engine whilst remaining portable at 26kg, with oil and fuel resistant anti-vibration mounts fitted to reduce operational vibration and improve stability during use. Power output is delivered through dual 230V 13A sockets with a rated capacity of 2800W (3.5kVA) and maximum output of 3200W (4.0kVA), plus two 1.0A USB ports providing 5V DC for charging mobile devices and small electronics. The 5-litre fuel tank provides approximately 5 hours continuous operation at full load, whilst the easy pull recoil start mechanism ensures reliable starting. This generator is compatible with both E5 and E10 petrol grades and requires SAE 10W-30 oil (0.6L capacity, available separately). A spark plug spanner is supplied with the unit.
